Red Chamber Company Pty Ltd was established in 2003 as part of the privately owned, USA-based Red Chamber Group of companies. Since our inception, we have grown to become a trusted supplier of premium seafood products throughout Australia, backed by the strength, resources, and global reach of one of the world’s leading seafood organisations.

Our Team
Anthony McIernon
Regional Sales Manager – Western Australia & Northern Territory
Anthony has been a valued member of the Red Chamber team for more than 10 years, overseeing wholesale seafood sales throughout Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Drawing on over 21 years of experience as a chef and restaurant owner, Anthony brings a practical understanding of the foodservice industry and the challenges faced by hospitality operators. He works closely with customers and suppliers to ensure continuity of supply, consistent product quality, competitive pricing, and compliance across both wholesale and retail operations.
Known for his strong relationships and hands-on approach, Anthony is committed to helping customers source the right seafood products to meet their business needs.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys playing and coaching basketball, fishing, and spending time on the water pursuing a variety of water sports.
Tony Barbiere
Regional Sales Manager – New South Wales & ACT
Born and raised in Sydney and proud of his Italian heritage, Tony brings more than 36 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and seafood procurement.
Throughout his career, Tony has held senior roles including State Manager, Business Development Manager, and National Key Accounts Manager, developing extensive expertise within the foodservice and wholesale seafood sectors. He has built long-standing relationships with major seafood distributors throughout New South Wales and the ACT, as well as key retailers and wholesalers operating within the Sydney Fish Market.
Tony’s experience extends to sourcing seafood products locally and internationally, regularly attending global seafood exhibitions and meeting with trading partners across Europe, Asia, New Zealand, and Australia to assess emerging market opportunities and support new product development.
A passionate food lover, Tony enjoys every aspect of the industry—from sourcing and selling seafood to cooking and sharing great meals with family and friends. Away from work, he follows most sports, particularly Rugby League and Formula 1, enjoys staying active through regular gym sessions and walking, and remains an enthusiastic, if self-described “terrible,” golfer.
Adrian Reynolds
Regional Sales Manager – Queensland
Adrian leads Red Chamber’s Wholesale Traded Seafood Division in Queensland, managing high-volume inventory and ensuring customers receive reliable supply at competitive market prices.
With more than 20 years of experience in the seafood industry and a career in foodservice sales spanning over three decades, Adrian has developed extensive expertise in wholesale distribution, procurement, and supply chain management. His professional journey includes successful roles with major foodservice distributors including Bidfood and PFD, where he built strong customer relationships and developed a deep understanding of the industry’s operational requirements.
Adrian specialises in connecting customers with large-scale domestic and international seafood supply solutions, helping businesses maintain smooth and efficient operations through dependable product availability.
When he’s not managing seafood supply chains, Adrian enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a passionate follower of a wide range of sports.
Tim Mago
State Manager - VIC / SA / TAS
Based in Melbourne, but travelling periodically between states, Tim takes care of our Southeastern Australia customer base. As of 2026, Tim has 25 years seafood industry experience including more than a decade with Red Chamber Australia.
Working closely with our RCCA team and our contacts, Tim is dedicated to building and strengthening relationships, sourcing product for clients from all over the world at the most competitive pricing available.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with family and working on his fitness, including gym, boxing and hiking.
